The Villa
One-storey villa with attic, built at the beginning of the 20th century. This example of the wooden architecture of the resort is known as the place where marriages are registered in Palanga and beyond. The building is the seat of the Civil Registry Office of the Municipality of Palanga. In 1993, the villa was granted the status of a national monument of regional importance, and the nature of its valuable features, which determine its significance, was identified as architectural.
